Among the various facilities are a garden and a terrace. Guests can make use of a shared lounge. The host is very kind and thoughtful, even brought me a cup of tea. I liked the electric blanket on the bed, left it easy to fall asleep. Loved the quietness away from the road. The photo's of the rooms and house do not do it justice.
Bedroom had dressing table, comfy chair, wardrobe, full length mirror and room nice and bright. Bathroom immaculatly clean with everything i needed. We absolutely loved staying here and Peggy and Twinkle were a delight. Eden Crest is perfectly perched on a hillside to give a panoramic view of Bantry Bay! The tasteful landscape and the spacious, artistically designed house are welcoming and hospitable, providing both modern comforts and personal needs.
Above all, Eden Crest's exceptional hosts, Josephine and Barry, offer the warmth and thoughtful, individualized care each guest needs to feel at home--even Irish coffee after a busy day of travel! Home-cooked breakfasts, beautiful views, and personal care add up to an unforgettable stay. We told our hosts that if we ever return to Bantry, we'll arrange our visit around the availability of their wonderful home.
Very clean. it had everything we needed for a stay. The host were accommodating and friendly. The room is pristine and comfortable. I would stay here over and over! Situated in Bantry, Lakehouse provides a garden and free WiFi. All rooms boast a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. Guests can enjoy mountain views. The house has personality and it was a very calm place. Its location is at the end of a typical West Cork narrow roadway with grass growing in the middle!
